Shuttle Information

Please note: Personal vehicles, including Ubers or private drivers, will NOT be permitted on the property. We kindly ask that you use the provided shuttles for all transportation. The shuttles will run continuously throughout the evening. If you need to return to the Hadsten at any time, just inform a member of the wedding team on-site, and the shuttles will take you back. 

 

Shuttle Pickup

Shuttles will arrive at The Hadsten Solvang, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, at 2:50 PM. If you are not staying at the hotel, please plan to be dropped off at The Hadsten or park nearby in order to catch the shuttle to Sunstone Villa.

Shuttle Drop-Off

Shuttles will depart from Sunstone Villa between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM.

A shuttle will also be available during the event to transport guests back to The Hadsten if needed.

Guests Staying at The Inn at Mattei's Tavern

The shuttle will arrive at 2:20 PM, make a stop at The Hadsten Solvang to pick up additional guests, and then proceed to Sunstone Villa.
