Frequently Asked Questions
01
What does a black-tie dress code mean? Are there any styles or colors you'd prefer me to wear?
We kindly request that gentlemen wear a tuxedo (preferred) or a suit with a tie, and that ladies opt for a floor-length or tea-length evening gown. We’d love to see everyone in beautiful spring colors to celebrate the season.
02
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Kindly RSVP on our website by clicking the 'RSVP' button located at the top right corner of the page.
03
When should I RSVP by?
The final day to RSVP is April 4th. We kindly ask that you submit your response by this date to assist with our planning. If we do not receive your RSVP by April 4th, we will assume you cannot attend and will not be able to make any exceptions.
04
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Please note that plus-ones are only extended if indicated on your RSVP. If you do not see the name of the person you would like to bring on your RSVP form, unfortunately, they are not able to attend. We kindly request that you attend solo, as we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
05
What will the weather be like? Will we be outside?
Our wedding will take place entirely outdoors. Expect daytime temperatures in the high 70s and evening temperatures dropping to the mid 50s. We recommend bringing a cozy layer to stay warm and comfortable as the night cools down.
06
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Children are absolutely welcome! We kindly ask that families with little ones sit towards the back of the ceremony for easy access if you need to step away. If you anticipate your baby may be noisy, we have provided a designated indoor space where you and your infant can wait comfortably until the ceremony concludes.
07
Can I take photos and videos at your wedding?
We’d love for you to be fully present and enjoy the ceremony with us, leaving the picture-taking to our talented photographer. However, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like after the ceremony!
08
How do I get to and from your wedding venue?
Shuttles will be provided. For more details, click on the 'Shuttle' page at the top of the site.

Please note: No vehicles will be permitted on the venue property, so kindly plan to use the provided shuttle service.
09
Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?
We highly recommend exploring the charming Danish town of Solvang! Don’t miss out on the Fisher family's annual tradition of enjoying aebleskivers, which can be found at nearly every bakery in Solvang. For lunch, we suggest dining at Peasants Feast. You’ll also want to stop by Mattei’s Tavern—whether for a coffee at their cozy shop or a visit to their western style bar. This historic hotel offers delicious food all day, so it's a must-visit!

Where should I send my gifts?
Our registry is set up to automatically ship gifts directly to our address for your convenience. However, if you'd prefer to send them yourself, please email or text us and we will send you the address.
